All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been shipped and a carrier has been assigned (UPS, USPS, or an LTL freight carrier), any delays, transit issues, or delivery-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier responsible for the shipment.

Standard delivery times within the United States are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. From that point forward, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery timeline and handling of the package. We strongly recommend monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking information.
