Cancellation policy

You may modify or cancel your purchase options (including subscription or scheduled deliveries) at any time through your customer portal.

Cancellations made before the next billing date will stop the upcoming charge and shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method and delivery information remain accurate. Any changes must be completed before the renewal is processed.
